Muscle Machine
I'm new to Terence Fixmer, but apparently just in time for this pretty cool two-disc collection. It's EBM, but in an arty way--decidedly old-school, with a slight wink and nod to the '80s. Very distant and repetitive, as though you're looking at an endless series of Mondrian paintings.I tried listening to the collaborations Fixmer did with Nitzer Ebb's Douglas McCarthy but couldn't get past the vocals. (Sorry, Doug!)
